Warehouse Specialist
R.K. Black, Inc., an office technology company providing solutions to organizations across Oklahoma & Kansas, is seeking a Warehouse Specialist in our Oklahoma City location.

We’re looking for a Warehouse Specialist to join our team … in this role, you’ll be essential to the day-to-day operations of our warehouse – processing incoming equipment, shipping toner orders, organizing stock and helping with our delivery logistics. If you love staying busy, solving problems and being part of a close-knit team, this is the place for you.
🔧 What You’ll Do:
- Receive, inspect and log incoming shipments
- Restock and organize inventory, pull internal part orders
- Help ship supplies to clients … up to 50 UPS/FedEx orders daily
- Operate equipment such as forklifts, stair climbers and basic hand tools
- Help with quarterly inventory counts and general warehouse upkeep
- Load / unload delivery vehicles and prepare returns
- Help our Delivery Team as needed (delivering copiers to clients)
- Maintain a clean, safe and organized warehouse environment
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- College courses preferred, High School Diploma/GED required
- 2+ years of warehouse or general office experience
- 2+ years of client service experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; shipping software experience is a plus
- Mechanically inclined and comfortable using hand tools
- Valid Oklahoma driver’s license with clean record (Must be 21+)

📦 Physical Requirements:
- Stand, walk, or sit for extended periods
- Lift up to 35 lbs individually, 75 lbs with assistance

Wage: Commensurate with experience
