🔧 What You’ll Do:

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment issues on-site to minimize client downtime and restore full functionality.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while building strong, professional relationships with clients.
  • Consistently achieve the industry benchmark standards for the equipment supported.
  • Manage and maintain vehicle-based parts inventory with a target accuracy of 98% or higher.
  • Acquire the appropriate training certifications through self-paced, web-based, or remote class methods.
  • Operate independently in the field, utilizing diagnostic tools, testing equipment, and a wide range of hand tools to resolve technical issues.
  • Accurately document service activities, repairs, and parts usage through required service documentation.
  • Represent R.K. Black, Inc. with the utmost honesty, integrity, and professionalism.

 What We’re Looking For:

  • CompTIA Network+ certification, or willingness to obtain certification within six months of hire.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings.
  • Some college, vocational training, military experience, or equivalent hands-on experience in electro-mechanical systems.
  • Valid Oklahoma driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Working knowledge of network environments, including basic networking concepts and connectivity troubleshooting.

  • Able to stand, bend, squat, or sit for extended periods of time.
  • Proficient in using hands to operate tools, handle objects, and manipulate equipment controls.
  • Capable of carrying a tool kit and other equipment up and down stairs.
  • Maintain a neat, professional, and well-groomed appearance.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.

This position is primarily field-based and involves repairing equipment at client locations.
This position is designated as safety-sensitive under Oklahoma law.
Hours are 8 AM to 5 PM with an hour for lunch.

Wage: Commensurate with experience
