Field Service Technician - Tulsa

The Field Service Technician will provide client support for a specific geographic area in the Tulsa metro and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will represent RK Black with the utmost integrity and professionalism, personify friendliness, and possess exceptional organizational skills. Some travel to other U.S. location may be required for training.

Requirements

• Comp Tia Net+ Certification or commit to obtain within six months
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and drawings
• Some college, vocation, or military or related electro-mechanical experience
• Possess a valid Oklahoma driver’s license with clean driving record
• Knowledge and experience in a network environment

The Job 

• Resolve equipment issues and build client rapport
• Consistently achieve the industry benchmark standards for the equipment supported
• Manage a car stock part inventory to within 2 percent
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and resolve the issue quickly and completely
• Acquire the appropriate training certifications through self-paced, web-based, or remote class methods
• Work independently, using a variety of hand tools and testing equipment
• Complete & maintain appropriate paperwork as required for the task at hand
• Represent R.K. Black, Inc. with the utmost honesty & integrity

Physical Requirements

• Able to stand, bend over, squat or sit for prolonged periods of time

• Able to carry tool kit, and other accessories up and down stairs
• Maintain well groomed, neat and clean appearance
