Project Manager

R.K. Black, Inc., an Oklahoma City-based office technology company providing solutions to businesses throughout Oklahoma and Kansas, is seeking a full-time meter project manager to serve in Oklahoma City in our facilities management/ outsourced business services division.


Here are the details:


​Minimum Requirements:

  • Education:

    • College degree preferred

    • High school diploma or GED required 

  • Experience:

    • 2 years of experience in general office work including bookkeeping and reception duties using multi-line phone system

    • 2 years of customer service experience

    • Stable work history (No more than three jobs in the last five years or a two -week gap between jobs)


Essential Job Functions:

  • Represent R.K. Black with utmost honesty and integrity

  • Collaborate with clients

  • Oversee all production print and scanning projects

  • Develop and maintain processes to ensure satisfactory, efficient and timely completion of tasks.

  • Coordinate resolutions to copy production-related problems

  • Train and develop existing and new associatess

  • Complete and maintain appropriate paperwork as required for each specific task

  • Establishing strong, trusting relationships with the project team

  • Assures court filings are delivered and returned correctly and in a timely manor

  • Drives in a safe and courteous manner, obeying traffic signs, speed limits and avoiding texting while driving


​Requirements:

Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:
The person capable of excelling in this position must:

  • have polished communication skills

  • have good working knowledge of general mathematics, reading and writing

  • data entry speed and accuracy: 40+ WPM and 10-key by touch

  • is proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

  • able to work under moderate pressure

  • demonstrate a desire / urgency to accomplish tasks set before him or her

  • possess interpersonal skills necessary to communicate effectively with all levels of associates and clients

  • able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form

  • able to read a map and have local geographical knowledge

  • is detail-oriented with excellent verbal/written communication skills; active listener

Physical:

  • Be able to stand and move freely and sit for prolonged periods of time

  • Be able to use hands to operate a phone, computer, copier, filing system, etc.

  • Maintain well-groomed, neat, clean appearance

  • Have no visible tattoos, no visible body piercings (other than ear piercing)


Other Details

Wage: Commensurate with experience
